Q.	How do I find the lowest price for a book?
A.	Once you have decided on a book, simply click the button, and let the Compare Book price engine work its magic. As soon as the price searching is complete, the lowest new and used prices will be listed in "The Guaranteed Lowest Book Price" box. To see all the prices found, click on "See them all" at the bottom of the same box.

Q.	How do I purchase a book?

You can then click this button to access the books in your Bookshelf. You can also get to your shelf by clicking the "bookshelf" icon at the top of any page.

A.	Your Bookshelf's compare feature makes it easy to pick the perfect book. By weighing a number of critical factors, including customer ratings, number of pages, prices, and more to determine which book is the "best book for the buck".

Q.	How does the button work?
A.	There are many reasons you might want to purchase several books from the same bookstore: convenience, time-saver, shipping discounts. No matter what your reason, your Bookshelf makes it easy to find the bookstore with the lowest price on multiple books.

Q.	What is the feature?
A.	Found the perfect book, but not the perfect price? Your Watch List can keep an eye on selected books, and email you when they drop to a specific price. Start by clicking on the button. Next simply choose your "watch price", or the price at which you want to be notified at. Finally, enter in your email address, and click "Add to Watch List". Compare Book will automatically email you as soon as any of the books in your Watch List reach your watch price. And, you can always view your existing watch list through your Bookshelf.

Q.	Does Compare Book sell books?
A.	No. Compare Book is not an online bookstore. We search other online bookstores and display an unbiased collection of prices. Once you have selected a book to buy, we link you straight to the bookstore with the lowest price, and allow you to purchase from them.

Q.	Does it cost anything to use Compare Book?
A.	No. Compare Book is a completely free service. You are welcome to use Compare Book every time you want to find the lowest price on the Internet.

Q.	Are Compare Book's prices up-to-date?
A.	Yes. Each time you request a book's price, Compare Book searches every bookstore in real-time, ensuring the price you see will be the price you get.

Q.	I found a lower price on some other website. What should I do?
A.	If you have found a cheaper price on a book you have already purchased through Compare Book, we will gladly refund the difference. Please visit the Guarantee Refund Form and submit your request. Our customer support team will contact you within 24-48 hours to complete the process, and send your reimbursement.

Q.	There is a problem with my order. What should I do?
A.	Compare Book provides book pricing information, and is not involved with the actual purchase or delivery of your book. If you have a problem or question regarding your order, please direct them to the bookstore through which you made the purchase.

Q.	What condition are the books listed on Compare Book?
A.	In order to find the guaranteed best price, Compare Book displays both new and used books side-by-side on the price page. The status of each book is clearly identified in the "condition" column of the "Search Results" box. Used books can vary in condition; we suggest checking with the specific bookstore for details.

Q.	I know a bookstore Compare Book doesn't search. What can I do?
A.	That's great! Please tell us all about the bookstore. We will contact them immediately, and see if they are agreeable to putting their book prices on the Compare Book website.
